About Bea

Speaking from the Inside of Executive Life

Beatriz (Bea) Fritschler is a Behavioral Wellness Architect, author, and senior executive with more than 25 years of experience leading in the social impact, government, and public service sectors. She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator who helps executives, high-achieving women, and mission-driven organizations design sustainable energy, resilience, and leadership capacity through systems-based wellness architecture.

She designs evidence-based wellness systems grounded not in theory alone, but in lived executive experience — navigating high-stakes leadership, complex systems, political environments, and sustained responsibility for people, programs, and outcomes.

As a brain aneurysm survivor, Bea transformed a near-fatal health crisis into the foundation of her work. Her recovery became a living laboratory — proving that lasting wellbeing is not built through motivation or discipline, but through architecture: systems that support executives under real-world demands.

She is the founder of BEA Healthier, a behavioral wellness company serving high-achieving women and organizations, and the author of Embody Joy: A Woman's Journey of Reconnection with Her Body.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Embody Joy: A Woman’s Journey of Reconnection with Her Body

A Story of Survival, Transformation, and Finding Your Way Back to Yourself..

What happens when life pushes you to the breaking point—and you discover a strength you never knew you had?

In Embody Joy, Beatriz Fritschler shares her raw, powerful journey from Santo Domingo to the United States, navigating factory floors, family upheaval, and the crushing weight of never feeling "enough." But when a ruptured brain aneurysm nearly takes her life, everything changes.

This isn't just another memoir about overcoming obstacles. It's a roadmap for anyone who's ever felt disconnected from their body, lost in others' expectations, or searching for a way back to themselves.

Through honest storytelling that feels like sitting down with a friend who truly gets it, Beatriz reveals how she moved from survival to joy—from battling her reflection to celebrating her existence. Her Dominican roots, creative awakening, and hard-won wisdom create a story that will stay with you long after you close the book.

If you've ever wondered whether it's possible to rebuild your relationship with yourself, your body, and your life—this is the book you've been waiting for.

Your journey to embodied joy starts here.
